• Incorrect Order: If the package received does not match your order, please notify our customer care service within 24 hours of receipt. Provide photographic proof of the delivered goods, and we will open a return case on your behalf, facilitating an exchange. 
• Quality Discrepancy: If the quality of the product received differs from expectations, notify our customer care service within 24 hours of receipt. Share photographic proof of the product’s condition, and if necessary, a return case will be initiated for an exchange. 
• Transit Damage:In the unfortunate event that your product gets damaged during transit, inform our customer care service within 24 hours of receipt. Important
